1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the brojl Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering an account on the brojl Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Specifically:

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address during registration;
• You must not share your username or password with any third party;
• You must notify brojl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• brojl will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email — any such request should be treated as fraudulent;
• You are solely responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure;
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documents reasonably requested by brojl.

brojl reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false information or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the brojl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted Methods: brojl accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits are generally credited to your brojl account within minutes of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Verified accounts typically receive GCash withdrawals within one (1) hour. brojl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Funds Origin: You warrant that all funds deposited into your brojl account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

brojl reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

brojl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. brojl reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms;
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure;

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the brojl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on brojl's servers, the server record shall prevail;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, brojl will endeavor to restore the game to its last valid state;
• Bets placed after the designated betting period has closed will be void;
• brojl reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the brojl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to brojl immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the brojl Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of brojl.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The brojl Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
• brojl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
• brojl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits;
• In no event shall brojl's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your brojl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

brojl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In such cases, brojl may withhold any funds pending investigation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the brojl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact brojl's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. brojl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

brojl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the brojl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
